With the numbers of children in care increasing year on year, so is the need for private residential provision. Our highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Management Team understand the needs of children and young people looked after, the systemic challenges of working in this sector, and strive to be the responsible and responsive therapeutic care provider that children’s social care need.

We believe every child has the right to a safe and loving home, and to be surrounded by nurturing adults, who provide them with the safe, positive and supportive relationships they need to feel safe and loved. Rooted in trauma responsive theory and research, we aim to provide placements that have a therapeutic parenting approach embedded from the very beginning.

We have carefully selected our managers and practitioner teams who share in our vision to provide transformative and life changing therapeutic care for children and young people looked after.
