Night Practitioner
As the evening arrives, you begin your night shift with a handover from the daytime staff, getting updates on the children's well-being and any important information.
After the children complete their evening activities, you assist them with their bedtime routine, including tasks like teeth brushing, changing into sleepwear, and settling them into bed. You may engage younger children with bedtime stories or soothing activities.
Throughout the night, you conduct regular checks to ensure the children and young people are safe and comfortable and that the home is prepared for the next day.
