congratulations John!

Today was a day filled with unexpected joy and recognition here at Therapeutic Care, as we had a special surprise in store for our colleague John. His manager had been keeping a secret—John was about to be honored with a prestigious Silver Award for his exceptional performance in his Level 4 Diploma.

It all began when John's assessor reached out to us with some thrilling news. John’s dedication and hard work had earned him not only three distinctions but also a nomination alongside hundreds of other learners for this esteemed award. The evaluation process was rigorous, with submissions reviewed by Investors in People. Out of numerous candidates, John, alongside one other learner, was selected to receive the Silver Award.

The surprise unfolded during a team meeting when Gemma ( John’s Assessor) arrived to present the award. Gemma who had driven all the way from Kidderminster, arrived promptly at 11 a.m. to present the award. Her presence added an extra touch of excitement to the occasion. John’s performance was truly outstanding, and being among the top two learners out of so many was a remarkable feat. Needless to say, John was a little surprised when Gemma walked through the door to present his award in front of the team.

Today’s event was a reminder of the incredible talent and dedication within our team. It’s moments like these that highlight the value of perseverance and excellence in our professional journeys.
