Our Journey: Opening 18 Homes and Providing Exceptional Care for Children and Young People
A Remarkable Milestone
Since our inception in August 2023, Therapeutic Care Ltd has embarked on an incredible journey. We are proud to share that we have successfully opened 18 homes dedicated to supporting children and young people. This is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment of our entire team. Opening our first home less than a year ago marked the beginning of an exciting adventure. Each home we’ve opened since has provided a safe and nurturing environment for those who need it most. The opening of our 18th home represents countless hours of dedication and passion, however there is more to celebrate, and our teams should be so proud of the work they have done. We are especially proud of the recognition we have received from Ofsted. Out of the 10 homes that have been inspected, ten have achieved a 'Good' rating across the board. The remaining homes are eagerly awaiting their inspections, and we are confident they will uphold the same level of excellence.

As we reflect on our journey so far, it’s important to celebrate our milestones. Each home opened is a new opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and young people. Every 'Good' rating from Ofsted is a testament to our team's hard work. These accomplishments are not just professional triumphs; they are deeply personal victories for everyone involved.
Our journey has been enjoyable and rewarding, largely due to the amazing people who make up Therapeutic Care Ltd. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills, a compassionate heart, and a relentless drive to make a difference. It is their passion and commitment that turn our houses into homes.
While we take a moment to appreciate how far we've come, we are also excited about the future. We will continue to expand and improve, and will continue to provide transformative and life changing therapeutic care for children and young people looked after.
